“In every culture and in every medical tradition before ours, healing was accomplished by moving energy.”
Albert Szent-Gyorgyi, Nobel laureate in Medicine
We have an energetic anatomy just as we have a physiological anatomy. Yet, even if we are open to that truth, we often know very little about it.
I’ve trained as a kinesiologist with the School of Creative Kinesiology as well as training in energy medicine with Donna Eden. I’d love to share some of this work with you to put healing into good hands – your own!
There’s a growing acceptance of the holistic approach to health. We are more than matter – the physical level of reality. Our thoughts and emotions, especially stress and trauma, are often related to ill health. Many ‘regular’ doctors make that connection too, though, sadly, they still have no training or tools for dealing with these issues other than the prescription pad.
We’re living in an energetic era that’s reshaping our world and redefining our understanding of so many things. The term ‘energy medicine’ encompasses a growing number of approaches where an understanding of the body as a system of energies is applied for promoting healing, health and well-being.
Energy medicine is safe, natural, and accessible. In energy medicine, troubled energies are the patient, and energy is the medicine. This emerging approach is both contemporary and ancient – a potent combination of chinese medicine with empirical techniques from the West, notably Touch for Health. It’s easy and fun to learn – try it!
